Although our service makes your carpet cleaning experience easy and worry-free we provide more information on how to prepare for your carpet cleaning.

We perform the following steps to thoroughly clean your carpet:
  1. Initial Walk-Through: Every great carpet cleaning experience starts with a proper walk-through. Our service technician will inspect your particular areas of concern as well as noting carpet construction and soiling conditions. Our technician will also advise you of any possible permanent staining.
  2. Furniture Moving: We will move anything that is "move-able" by the technician on their own. This includes tables, chairs, sofas, love seats, recliners, end tables, coffee tables, night stands, etc... Things we typically do not move are your large, bulky furniture pieces that you probably haven't moved in years such as beds, china cabinets, dressers, pianos, entertainment systems, desks, etc...
  3. Pre-Spray & Pre-Spot: If needed, traffic areas and spots are pretreated for more effective soil and spot removal.
  4. Extract, Rinse and Vacuum: Once the soil has been loosened, our state-of-the-art truck-mounted hot water extraction process will thoroughly clean and flush the carpet pile. Pressure and heat are regulated so that carpet is not over-wet. We clean with water temperature between 180 °F – 200 °F. Every carpet that we clean is pH balanced so that there is no sticky residue left behind. This makes your carpet stay cleaner longer.
  5. Post-Spot Treatment: If any spots are not removed during the cleaning process, specialty spotting techniques are employed. Note: Permanent stains identified by our service technician may not be removed.
  6. Post Grooming: The carpet pile is set in one direction for faster drying and visual appeal.
  7. Post Inspection: Upon completion of work, we ask to do a final walk-through with you to make sure you are 100% satisfied with the cleaning.
